I acknowledge and confirm that I am ordering items listed on this website and agree to the following conditions:

Must be 18 years old or older, depending on your state laws. Buyer is entirely responsible for compliance with all local laws. Know the rules and laws that apply to you before you buy.

Our ammunition is loaded to SAAMI specifications unless otherwise noted. Any firearm modified from its original, factory condition, may not match the performance achieved through our extensive testing at our facilities. This includes primer detonation, accuracy, and stated velocities.

WARRANTY: 

Choice Ammunition, Corp. warrants our ammunition for a period of one year, to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If we find the ammunition to be defective for either of these reasons, we will replace the ammunition free of charge including shipping. 

We carefully evaluate any warranty claim on a case by case basis. Please contact us at 406-961-6942 to report any issue and receive a specific RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your case and return. We strive to provide unmatched customer service in the industry. Please be courteous and show patience while an unfortunate warranty claim is being reviewed.

We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Credit Card through our website’s secure checkout
2. Credit Card through our phone at 406-961-6942 Check or money order. 

 Shipping

  1. Most orders shipped through UPS ground with detailed tracking provided.
  2. Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days from the date your order was placed.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. No returns of product allowed.

Order Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel an order ONLY if you contact us prior to shipping. We ship 95% of all orders within 36 hours of being placed, so you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
